win32!NtGdiEnableEudc Vulnerability & POC on Windows Vista/7

There is a latest 0-day vulnerability found on win32k.sys on Windows Vista/7 by a Chinese hacker with nick name 'noobpwnftw'.

The vulnerability was published publicly on a well known programming website and it had been taken down. For the sake of education and researching, I'll post a local copy here.
